Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy. Please refer to it for eligibility and instructions.

REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Perfume & Cap, we are dedicated to providing you with the finest products and ensuring your satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. To make this process smooth and hassle-free, we’ve outlined our cancellation and refund policy to address some common questions. Here's everything you need to know:

1. Eligibility
All our products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange. Requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving package.

Caps & Jubba (Thobe) will be exchanged only on the ground of size difference. No change in design or colour will be entertained.

In case of damaged product received, you are required to shoot a product video showing damaged product and email at perfumencap924@gmail.com. Please note that courier expense to return the product in case of exchange/ damaged goods for one side is to be borne solely by the customer.

2.Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is allowed only up until dispatch. No cancellation afterwards. In case cancellation, full amount will be refunded in your bank account within a week.

You want to cancel and product is not dispatched then we have authority to cancel it. (you have to inform us)

3. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for cases of defective or incorrect items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
